Trustworthy dealer, can't ask for much more.
I purchased a used 1990 Miata with 160K miles on it. I had to have it shipped so I bought it site unseen... I felt Johnny was trustworthy and honest, but unfortunately that didn't 100% pan out (see edit)
Johnny offered to make himself available to the shipping company after hours if need be to get my car picked up and shipped. He gave me his cell and I appreciate his willingness to make himself available anytime for shipping.
[Edit] I'm knocking off a couple stars b/c well... I think maybe the dealership wasn't as honest as I would have liked. Before I purchased the car remotely, I asked if the car ran and drove well, that was my biggest concern. I didn't think I had to ask if it "stopped".
The car arrive at my place and the brakes did not work at all, the car would not stop. Very dangerous. After working through the issue, I found that 2 of the brake calipers were fully siezed. This is due to an abundance of rust in the rear.
So far I've had to replace all 4 calipers, replaced a control arm b/c the shock mount bolt was fully siezed, plus (as of now) roughly 40 hours of work to remove rust and make the car road worthy.
I take some of the responsibility not driving the car, but even the delivery guy knew the brakes didn't work, so this obviously has been an issue and should have been shared appropriately. Nearly $1K later in parts and chemicals for rust removal, I'm still not even 100% sure it's all going to work b/c I keep uncovering new issues with every issue I fix.
For example: the radio in the car was just thrown in, the pictures made it appear as if it was installed, but it wasn't and I had to re-install everything. Luckily the radio does function, I just had to install it. Again, something that should have been shared.
